DEFINITION OF ILLEGAL STREET RACING

. Street racing is typically an unsanctioned and illegal form of auto

racing that occurs on a public road. In the United States, modern street
racing traces its roots back to Woodward Avenue, Michigan in the 1960s
when the three main Detroit-based American car companies were
producing high-powered performance cars.

. A private racing venue was not always available, and therefore the race

would be held illegally on public road

 CAUSE OF ILLEGAL

. Street races often cause serious car accidents and wrongful

death. Street racers are not usually injured in these automobile

accidents, but instead, its innocent people who get injured. Street
racing is becoming more and more prevalent, and as the speeds increase
so does the likelihood of serious injury in a car accident.

. The cause that made teenagers involved in illegal racing is affect by

their friend. For example, when their friends call them to do something
new and dangerous action while ride the motorcycle, they will easily

accept it. This example made it clear that many of teenager, they like to
show off with one another in order to get praise from their friends. It is
obvious that, friends have big influence in teenager life. Many of them
only thinks about the happiness without think about the disadvantages.

EFFECTS OF ILLEGAL

. Illegal racing also contributes to the symptoms of moral collapse and

immorality among teenagers who are increasingly serious as well as providing a

prize money which is largely related to gambling, organizers of illegal racing
also provide a fake gift for the couple.

. Undoubtedly, illegal races also play a role in advancing the automotive industry

due to the increase in car and motorcycle sales as well as vehicle renovations.
However, competition among riders makes illegal racers waste a lot of money in

vain to modify their vehicles to be more powerful and such habits are certainly
harming themselves.

. Illegal racing is also one of the major contributors to increased vehicle theft

cases, especially motorcycles and cars. A handful of illegal riders are able to steal
vehicles because they want to be a race vehicle and want to get new vehicles
after losing because in some cases, the loser of the loser had to hand over their
vehicles to the winner.

WAYS TO OVERCOME ILLEGAL

. School is a place for students gaining knowledge from their teachers or friends.
Formally, school is a secondary organization or institution to make a better
community after family organization. All teachers or headmasters should play

and show a good character to their students not just giving them knowledge.
They must also monitoring their students and avoid them from making trouble
that can effect the teachers credibility. To make a better students in socialism,
the school management and discipline should combine with the Police
Department for a better future students.

. Higher learning institution such as IPTA and IPTS. Environments can influence
the community. For example IPTA and IPTS. Its related by school institution that
Higher Learning Institution is a third organization after a school institution.
Thats mean, the challenge in the IPTA is more tough than school.As a result,
lecturers have more responsibilities to giving their students a knowledge.

. All student already knew that Police and Road And Transport Department have
a big power enough to hold or stop this illegal racers. They should upgrade their
system in overcome these kind of racers. For the example, they can increase
their fine for those who broke the road and transport rules especially those
illegal racers. Beside upgrading their system, they also can increase their
roadblock to the better condition. It is because, the roadblock can distinguish
which one is the racers or which one is the normal road usage.
