due to the increase in car and motorcycle sales as well as vehicle renovations.
However, competition among riders makes illegal racers waste a lot of money in

vain to modify their vehicles to be more powerful and such habits are certainly
harming themselves.
. Illegal racing is also one of the major contributors to increased vehicle theft
cases, especially motorcycles and cars. A handful of illegal riders are able to steal
vehicles because they want to be a race vehicle and want to get new vehicles
after losing because in some cases, the loser of the loser had to hand over their
vehicles to the winner.

the school management and discipline should combine with the Police

Higher Learning Institution is a third organization after a school institution.
Thats mean, the challenge in the IPTA is more tough than school.As a result,
lecturers have more responsibilities to giving their students a knowledge.
. All student already knew that Police and Road And Transport Department have
a big power enough to hold or stop this illegal racers. They should upgrade their
system in overcome these kind of racers. For the example, they can increase
their fine for those who broke the road and transport rules especially those
illegal racers. Beside upgrading their system, they also can increase their
roadblock to the better condition. It is because, the roadblock can distinguish
which one is the racers or which one is the normal road usage.
