High Pressure Lubricator for ROV Lift Umbilicals & Wire Ropes

XtremeTM Cable Lubricator

Designed by Rovsco engineers to fully

lubricate (inner layers and surface) of ROV
Umbilicals and wire ropes to protect against
corrosion, with Rovscos Snokote-CL
corrosion inhibiting lubricant. It is used in
conjunction with high pressure lubricant
pumps supplied by Rovsco.

The Xtreme cable lubricators are used to coat

new cables before they go into service or
existing cables already in the field. The
lubricating process does not hinder or stop
the regular offshore work schedule, as the
lubricator can be installed, used and removed
without effecting the ongoing operations.

The ease of installation, use and removal of

this tool lets the offshore personnel maintain
a regular lubricating schedule of their ROV
umbilicals to keep them corrosion free.
