bread with Crisco (a man-made, trans
fat that has been directly correlated
with heart disease). Its a killer on

80s, we had a culture of thinking
these spreads and faux lards were
healthier than plain ol butter.

Keep an eye out for baked goods,

More often than not, many big-shop
