4.2.1 Intervention Plan and Central Assistance.

The plan intervention for provision of housing for all under these two schemes was
phased according to the priorities of necessary in the intervention area. Affordable housing
Partnership is proposed for 137, which are phased in the 5 different years.

Credit-Linked Subsidy Scheme can be applied to 59 households in the town, the

year wise intervention of beneficiary under this scheme. Then year wise housing
improvement and proposed interventions for the urban poor in the town are shown in the
table 4.2 below.
