Course Objectives:
To develop basic understanding and comprehensive knowledge of Indian intellectual property law and its application in the light of
international developments
To develop skills to correlate various aspects of intellectual property law and comprehend the real world problems by applying clinical
legal approach.
To explain intellectual property practice and procedure in tune with the current technological developments
To enable students to make a sound judgment regarding their career choices in IP law based on their interest in a particular branch of IP
Pre-requisites:
The student should have basic understanding of property law and commercial laws; they should also have legal aptitude to comprehend
the techno-legal problems
