All graduates are required to settle outstanding payments (including tuition fees, hostel fees, fined/

summoned etc) before being allowed to join or attend the Convocation Ceremony. Outstanding debt
will prevent release of your scroll and transcript.

Please ensure you make a payment of RM350.00 (Diploma, Bachelor and Master Degree) or
RM500.00 (Doctor of Philosophy) as convocation fee before 27th October 2017 (original receipt may
be required during the collection of academic robes)

Complete the Ministry of Higher Education Tracer Study Questionnaire (available from 11th
October until 6th November, 2017) (original slip may be required during the collection of academic
robes)

Frequently check an update information of the schedule of rehearsal, collecting/ returning of

academic robes and collecting of scroll from the convocation webpage
