1ST FLIGHT (SV 875) GROUP ITINERARY

(21 August to 12 September 2010)

Day 1 - Saturday (21 August)

Meet at NAIA Airport flight to Jeddah
Assemble at NAIA Airport at 5:15PM (3 hours before Flight Departure)
Meet & Assist by NCMF staff for Departure to Jeddah at 8:15PM
(One piece of checking size baggage, not exceeding 20 kg Per Person)

Day 2 - Sunday (22 August)

Arrival at Jeddah-King Abdulaziz International Airport
Meet & Assist by Service Provider (SP) at Jeddah-KAIA Airport upon arrival at 3:30AM
Passport and ticket will be collected by SP Nebras Co,
Foods will be provided free at about 4:30AM just enough time to catch up the “Sohor”
Transportation from Jeddah to Madinah by AC Bus (45-pax) w/ CR leaving at 6AM
Arrival Madinah at 1PM Dohur and check In at Al Huda Hotel, Room keys will be
distributed to concerned Sheiks at hotel lobby

Day 3 - Monday (23 August)

Madinah Ziyarat (Historical Places)
Transportation sharing basis by Bus/Coaster scheduled at 7.00AM from Hotel to
Quba/Qiblatain/7 Mosques & Sahidul Suhada

Day 4 - Tuesday (24 August)

Separate Ziyarat for men and women
Ziyarat schedule for men of Kubor of Rasul (SAW) is open 24 hours
Ziyarat schedule for women of Kubor of Rasul (SAW) will be at 7.00AM

Day 5 - Wednesday (25 August)

Check Out Madinah Hotel / Get Ready for Makkah
10.00AM – Baggages of pilgrims will be placed at the hotel lobby
2.00PM – Pilgrims will assemble at the lobby wearing their Ihram
3.00PM – AC Bus will depart from hotel to Miqat to perform the Asr prayer
5.00PM – Group will depart from Miqat direct to Makkah Grand Coral Hotel
11.00PM – Arrival at Makkah Grand Coral Hotel. Room keys will be distributed to
concerned Sheiks & baggages will be claimed at the Hotel lobby

Day 6 – Thursday (26 August) to Day 22 – Saturday (11 September)

No Activity / Free Day for Ibadah at Masjidil Haram / Makkah Hotel
No Activity / Free Day for Ibadah
Day 23 – Sunday (12 September)
Tawaf Al-Wida’ / Check Out Makkah Hotel / Get Ready for Jeddah (Departure)
Perform Tawaf Al-Wida’ after ‘FAJR’ Prayer
Check out Makkah Grand Coral Hotel
Transportation from Makkah to Jeddah-KAIA Airport Sharing Basis by Bus / Coaster
Assemble at Jeddah-KAIA Airport at 3:05PM (8 hours before Flight Departure)
Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) from Jeddah to Manila is at 11:05PM (Flight 860)

Day 24 – Monday (13 September)

Arrival at NAIA Airport
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) in Manila is at 4:45PM
