 Above Rates are subject to change in case of any, Exchange rates, Hotel Rates, Transport
Rates, Government Taxes or Entrance Fees.
 Hotel Rooms are subject to Availability at the Time of Booking.
 The Check-in time is 14:00 Hours & Checkout time is 12:00 Hours for all the Hotels. Early
Check- in / late checkout are subject to Availability of Rooms.
CANCELLATION CHARGERS:

 The flight and visa charges are non-refundable at any cost.

 The cancellation only Tours cost (No Ticket &VISA) will be refundable 75% only within the
period of one week prior information.
 If the cancellation will be before two days of departure date, 100% the package amount
will be non-refundable.
 The name corrections on the flight tickets after issuing the tickets will be chargeable of
RS.2500, hence we request the customers to provide the correct name details to avoid the
fee.
 If the customers wants to change their entire name in case of after issuing the tickets, the
amount will be non-refundable hence you will be receiving your new tickets.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

 The customers are requested to pay the flight and visa charges at the time of booking.
(Advance – Per Person 60000/- only)
 Once the booking is done the due date of paying the whole remaining amount before the
20 days of travel date.
 The rates are based on 1USD = 82 INR in case of any USD rate different will effect on
the cost. So requesting to make your booking at the earliest to avoid the changes in the
rates
