Classes will be suspended in the grade school, undergraduate and graduate programs from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM in the aforesaid Schools ONLY ON THEIR RESPECTIVE DATES OF RECOLLECTION. Furthermore, faculty members who are teaching General Education subjects and are servicing other schools are excused fram ‘attending their classes on the scheduled recollection of the School/s being serviced. The Deans and Principals ‘are hereby requested 10 make the necessary announcements to the students/pupils and the proper invitations to the faculty, teachers, and administrative personnel under their jurisdiction. Heads of Offices are enjoined to schedule the attendance of their personnel in the recollection by batches, so that work in the offices remains relatively uninterrupted, ‘snacks and lunch for the participants will be provided by the University including transportation from the University campus to the recollection site and vice versa.
