We are considering Process, Instrument, electrical, piping, mechanical, structure, civil,

architecture, HVAC, Firefighting, HSE and procurement to be involved in this project.

Case - 1: Existing Facility to be used

1. Building are existing or new building?

2. In case building are existing and we have to accommodate all equipment related to this project
in side this building, do client have all civil, architecture drawing and data ?
3. Have they estimated power load and accordingly have they sufficient connection or this project
will require new dedicated transformer? Detail of all junction box and connections for power
will be required in case if we have to extract from existing sources?
4. In case if existing utility is shared, do client has all tie in point, pipe rack detail?
5. Do client have all existing utility details like operating and design capacity etc.
6. Do client have detail of structure, foundation detail, load data and building drawing.
7. Do client have equipment layout, piping layout and ISOMETRIC.
8. Do client want to go for structure/building stability check, NDT test.

Case - 1: New Facility

1. Heat and mass balance, block flow diagram or Process flow diagram will be required from client
to confirm no of equipment included.
2. Plant operation via DCS, PLC or only manual plant?
3. Will this project required separate new dedicated utility or it has to share existing utility.
4. Do client want to include safety study i.e. HAZOP study and Dust cloud explosion.
5. Preferred vendor list from client.
