Natural Disasters

Fire: A jungle fire burns everything.

Trees, plants and animals all die.
Flood: When there is too much rain we get
floods like this one in Malaysia.

Drought: When there is too little rain the

plants die and then the animals die.
 Tsunami: First there is a huge wave,

Then, it sweeps over the land destroying

buildings and cars, and killing people.
Earthquake: The earth shakes and the
ground splits open.

Buildings fall over and fall to pieces.

Volcano: Smoke pours from the mountain.

The mountain is on fire and lava runs down

the mountain.
 Hurricane: The wind blows hard and the
trees bend over.

It becomes so strong it can break a house

apart and send a tractor and cow flying.
