Isaac Terrazas Garca (born June 23, 1973) is a former Mexican football played who played

for Club Amrica, Irapuato FC and CD Veracruz. He is currently sporting director with CD Veracruz.
He played for Mexico national team and was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup, also being in
the Mexico squad that won 1999 FIFA Confederations Cup.
