1991, Kamran Rizvi, recently returned from the UK, laid the foundation of
an innovative Learning and Development Consulting company in a nascent
Pakistani market

Their works revolves around the categories of learning, coaching, HR


consulting, branding, psychometric assessments, research and event
management.

Event Management: Their focus remains on two key elements: the people
and the message.

In 2005, Monis Rahman decided to build a rough job website, to post job
openings for his parent company Naseeb Networks, many other companies
contacted Monis to post their companies/products ads to his website,
Rahman agreed to post their ads free of cost to help boost Naseeb's traffic.

He then offered the largest companies the ability to search for rsums, as
well as software to power their own company job boards and the right to
post their logos on the front page of his new site. He named it Rozee an
Urdu language word, which means "Livelihood", or roughly translated as
"Blessed Livelihood."
