Dear Parents:

We are excited to announce that for our extended day field trip this
year, we will be heading to Chattanooga, Tennessee! We will take a guided
tour of Ruby Falls, explore the Tennessee Aquarium, have a pizza lunch, and
experience the IMAX Theater. The trip will be on Friday, March 23 rd and
we will be leaving around 7:30 am and returning around 7:00 7:30 pm.
The total cost is $85.00, which includes the cost of the tickets to
each attraction, lunch, a 5th grade t-shirt, and a 5th grade activities fee. Your
child will receive their t-shirt after they have paid in full. The first shirt
order will be placed on October 6th. You have the option to pay the amount
in 4 installments if you wish. If you can pay the entire $85.00 now, we will
happily accept it. If you would like to pay in installments, please check the
following schedule:

First payment $20.00 Friday, October 20th

Second payment $20.00 Friday, November 17th
Third payment $20.00 Friday, December 15th
Fourth payment $25.00 Friday, February 16th

If you are interested in being a parent chaperone, the cost is $100.

This includes your transportation, lunch, and a t-shirt as well. Chaperones
are required to ride the charter bus with us. Please let your childs teacher
know by February 16th if you are planning on being a chaperone. If you would
like to order just a t-shirt, the cost is $10.
