Inference:

The above table infers that, 67 attrition occurred at Chennai RL, 12 attrition

occurred at Delhi DFCC, 227 attrition occurred at Delhi RL, 63 attrition

occurred at Delhi RREC, 16 attrition occurred at Hyderabad metro rail, 72

attrition occurred at Kolkata RL and 37 attrition occurred at Mumbai RL in

2015-17.

As we can see highest attrition is in Delhi RL because of-

The staff count of Delhi RL is higher than other regions of L&T Railway

Construction.

Most of the trainees (DET & GET) go for their higher studies from Delhi RL.

Age Scale

Inference:

The above table infers that, 27 attrition belongs to the age group of 18-21years,
181 attrition belongs to the age group of 22-25 years, 89 attrition belongs to the

age group of 26-29 years, and 58 attrition belongs to the age group of 30-33 years,

and so on

As we can see the more of attrition occurs at the age of 22-25 because these are

basically come after the completion of training so some of them go for further

studies and some of them switch their jobs for better compensation.

Another reason is that in L&T the most of the hiring is from IITS and other top

collages so they having high expectation of salary and grow thats why in initially

years they switch their jobs.
