b. ASP School Heads Report

This school year 2012-2013 the semi-makeshift classroom was made

functional. This was used by the second year students section two (molave). Since
the said makeshift was not completely covered by wall (made for marine plywood)
the principal solicited 20 pcs. Marine plywood and 20 pcs 2x4x12 wood from
Mayor Lucia L. Astorga, who have been supported to the school. The said marine
plywood and wood were granted and given on July 30, 2012 and it was used to
cover/wall the makeshift.

We held our General PTA and Homeroom PTA Induction of Officers on July
26, 2012 at Birawan Covered Court. Here we conducted the fund raising activity
through the Kuratsa Dance and luckily we raised the amount of eighteen thousand
nine hundred pesos (Php 18,900.00). This amount was used for the construction
of concrete benches in the school plaza and continuation of canal control.

Another stakeholder in the person of Lourdes Papauran donated One

Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) to add to the fund of the PTA intended for the
makeshift construction.

Just recently, after a 2-month long wait for the grant of 50 bags of cement,
at last, on March 1, 2013 the said 50 bags of cement were given/granted to the
school where the principal was the one who done all this to be realized. The
principal went to the office of the Governor and he talked personally with the
Governor Sharee Ann Tan.

The closing of the school 2012-2013 is productive and indeed successful.

We held our Graduation Ball where graduates and parents, guests, visitors and
guest speaker enjoyed the night. We conducted the Kuratsa Dance for fund raising
purposes for the Construction of School Canteen. Luckily, we raised the amount
of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 7,200.00) and cash donation of Php
2,000.00 made by Marilyn Agner, senior HPTA secretary. The said amount will be
used for the construction of the school canteen comes April 2013.

The school hopes that more and more supportive stakeholders will share
what they have and support the school in its improvement relative to physical
aspects and facilities and equipment.
