Judging assignments are not made until the day of show. The judging schedule will be posted at each judges
table. Each exhibitor is responsible for getting his or her rabbits to the judging table when called. Schedules are
subject to change. Entry fees are non-refundable and classes will not be re-judged if animals are missed.

1. This is an official ARBA sanctioned show and will be governed by the latest revised rules of the
ARBA. Filling an entry, or making an e-mail entry, implies acceptance of these rules.
2. This show is held at the Eureka Moose Lodge, 4328 Campton Road, Eureka, CA on Saturday
October 28, 2017.
3. All changes must be approved by the show secretary. Absolutely no changes will be per-
mitted on the show table. Ear number changes will only be allowed in the same breed, variety,
class, and sex. Sex and class changes are considered a new entry and will be charged accord-
ingly. All exhibitors will receive a check-in sheet, please verify it for accuracy.
4. No rabbits younger than 8 weeks will be allowed in the show room. No dogs will be allowed in
the showroom other than service dogs.
5. The Show Committee reserves the right to reject any entry. The Show Committee shall decide
answers to all questions, which are not covered by these specific rules. All parties shall abide by
these decisions.
6. All children must be properly supervised by the adult(s) that brought them to the show.
Any damages arising from inappropriate play/behavior by the children will be the respon-
sibility of the adult guardian.
7. All animals must be in carriers with a leak proof bottom. Please ensure your animals have ac-
cess to food and water.
8. All animals must be healthy, any animals showing symptoms of illness must be immediately re-
moved from the building.
9. Space is limited in the building. Rabbits take precedence over people space. Please keep walk-
ways clear. Chairs, grooming tables & other belongings may not be set up until after 9am,
when rabbits are in place.
10. We are guests at the pavilion; please behave responsibly. You will be held financially liable for
any expenses HCRCBA is charged for misbehavior or damage to the premises by you or youth
transported by you. The HCRCBA and the Eureka Moose Lodge will not be responsible for acci-
dents, loss, or damage that may occur to exhibitors or stock. Please report any issues to the
show committee right away.

12. All judges decisions are final. All exhibitors are responsible in getting their animals to and from
the show tables. A class will not be recalled or re-judged for missing rabbits. All awards must
