LEICESTER
20thsary
r
Annive
This year marks the 20th anniversary of
Leicesters Riverside Festival which has
grown from a small Sunday afternoon
event on Bede Park into a major two day
festival and a summer highlight of the
citys programme.

As ever, the river is the focus and we

welcome the support given to the
visiting boats by the Leicester Branch of
the IWA and the ongoing support of the
Canal & River Trust.

Riverside Festival also has a packed programme of music,

food, craft stalls and family entertainment so we hope you
enjoy your visit and you help us celebrate our twenty years
down by the river!

Sir Peter Soulsby

City Mayor

With thanks to our sponsors

where you can escape the pressures of everyday life, stretch your legs and simply feel
closer to nature. We are proud to support the Leicester Riverside Festival and look
forward to being part of a great weekend celebrating Leicesters waterways.
