When the growth in each season, it is clear that the Growth has not been even. For
example, when looking at the index for Ottawa, it is clear that they are below the 3
other seminars as the cities index for the seminar is 0.898. When comparing other
seminars to Ottawa, they were the lowest as they were the only one under 1.0 index.
When better health inc. considers expanding into all 4 markets or just one, there
optimal solution would be to expand into Florida as the seasonal index is not even
throughout. When comparing the seasonal index of all 4 seasons, it is clear that they
should expand into Florida as they have the highest seasonal index of 1.049.
Following Florida, Vancouver ranks second with a season index of 1.036, Boston is
ranked third with a seasonal index od 1.017 and Ottawa is ranked fourth with 0.898.
