rant, thus affecting disease treatment [14].
Vitamins are roughly classied into two types, i.e., water-
soluble vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins. The water-soluble
vitamins do not require digestion, they can be directly
absorbed in intestines and reach the required tissues via circu-
lation. Fat-soluble vitamins can be dissolved in oil or fat. They
are emulsied by the bile, absorbed in the small intestine, and
