shortlisted to appear for the interview for admissions to the Integrated Ph.D. program, beginning August
2017, in the Dept. of Physics at IISER-Pune.

Dates of i-Ph.D Interview in Physics: June 22-24, 2017

Venue : Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pashan Road, Pune ( IISER-Pune is located
next to the National Chemical Laboratories (NCL), Pune)

**Kindly CONFIRM whether you will be appearing for the interview by filling the following Google Form,
preferably by 11th June, 2017.

All candidates are advised to come prepared to stay for at least two full days. Please note that no travel
allowance will be paid for attending the interviews. IISER Pune may provide limited hostel
accommodation ONLY for the students for two nights depending on availability of room. This facility will
be provided against a nominal charge. We will confirm hostel accommodation for interested students
before 15th June, 2017.

Please bring following documents when you arrive for the interview:

(i) JEST/JAM hall tickets,

(ii) A recent passport size photograph,
(iii) All the qualifying certificates and mark sheets for verification purposes (class 10th, 12th and
B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech etc). In case your final year results are not out, you should still bring your all
grades/marksheets from previous years.

The reporting time for document verification is 8:30 AM on 22nd / 23rd June, 2017.
