Important notes:

There is a non-refundable accommodation booking fee of 45 for all reservations.

All accommodation fees must be paid in full and in advance by card, bank transfer or in cash. Only then can a
reservation be made.

For Homestays a minimum of 2 weeks notice (& receipt of notice confirmed by ICE) must be given to
change/cancel accommodations and receive a refund or transfer to another accommodation.
For all other types of accommodation cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur acharge
of 4 weeks.

There will be no refunds given if the student chooses to curtail their stay

Prices are valid until 31st August 2018 but are subject to change.

Foraccommodation options marked with (*),a minimum stay of 4 weeks is required. For these three options
bookings departing in October, November and December will not be accepted.
