Dear Mr. Dedi Daryanto,

Bali Zoo , would like to present this letter of intent ( LOI ) to signify our interest in renting one of your
commercial space in Beach Walk ( PT. Indonesian Paradise Island).

Enclosed the agenda and performance that we have been organized are :

1. Animal Encounter :
a. Bird ( Bayan & Kakak Tua )
b. Reptil ( Snake & Iguana )
2. Animal Show
a. Hedgehog, Pangolin and Bird Show

As more fully explained below, this proposal does not constitute a binding agreement between the partie,
and The basic terms of the proposal are as follows :

Location : Beachwalk ( Ex Basado Travel )

Name of Program : Counter Ticket
Validity Periode : July 04th 2014 until August 04th , 2015.
Space Size : Square 2 X 2,5 M ( Counter )
Event Description : The purpose of this event is to promote the Bali Zoo Program
and Selling Up Ticket

Obligation & Provision

a. Bali Zoo will pay revenue share as follows;

20 % on Gross Revenue , gross revenue shall mean all revenues generated whether for cash or on
credit card, of all product sold at the location during the term of this agreement,in this case at least
Bali Zoo will shall be submit security deposit amounting Rp. 15.000,000,- ( fifteen Million Rupiah
).
