Any adult ( 18 years + out of high school) who wishes to help during the International
Economic Summit on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19th, from 6:30 am to 2:00 pm in
the MPR room at Ayala High School. Please fill out the information below and return this
form by November 17th. Anytime you can give will be appreciated and your student will
earn an extra 10 points for their summit grade. * Denotes 5 extra credit points for these
positions. ALL VOLUNTEERS NEED TO CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE
BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE MPR: Please come 15 early so you may get your
job assignment and instructions from Mr. Kleibacker.

Costume Scores 8:00am-9:00am and Backboard/Table Scorers: 8:00-9:30am
Geography Quiz grader: 9:00-10:00 am
Summit Secretaries: 10:00 am-11:30 am*
Summit Bankers: 10:00am-11:30 am *
Economic Quiz Grader 12:00-1:00pm
Team Check Out 1:30-2:00pm
