markets. However, it also has negative aspects. The growing technological
invasion has displaced human labor and human capital relegating the unskilled.
Added to this, deregulation related to the release of capital in other
geographical regions allows banks to offer their products at various points on
the map and the multinationals expand their horizons to open offices in other
countries.

Trade between nations and encouragement of comparative advantages of
production-well at a lower cost than comparable has fostered the growth. This
has opened the way for expanding capital flows and increased foreign
investment globally. Financially, one of the potential benefits of globalization is
that it provides opportunities for reducing macro risks through diversification of
assets from different countries.

However, the least developed countries will not have this opportunity, because
its macroeconomic indicators are not nearly developed. Free global trade
benefits large corporations, but not to small businesses that cant compete.
Added to this, free trade could raise production costs, so it would require raising
salaries to hire more skilled work.
