To The Legislative Assembly of Ontario:

WHEREAS, the Government of Canada announced intentions to alter the current tax laws for small
business.

WHEREAS, as small business operators, Ontarios doctors have utilized legitimate tax measures to plan
for retirement, and invest in health care.

WHEREAS, the Ontario government is responsible for ensuring Ontarians have a world class health care
system and this proposal puts our system at risk.

We the undersigned petition the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as follows:

To urge the members of the Ontario Legislature to immediately call on the federal government to put a
halt to these tax changes.
