Frame Size
In order to determine a frame size that would be optimal for your body geometry, measure your
inseam and multiply it by .65cm
Equation:
Ground to crotch (in cm) x .65cm
84 x 0.65 = 55 Your optimal frame size
Seat Adjusment

32 x 2.54 = 81.28 x 0.883 =
Saddle Tilt
Your saddle should be parrallel to the ground or level Level
Cleats
The largest part of you foot should be fitted over the pedal spindle
Locate the first metatarsal philange joint and align it with the center of the pedal axle
Longer feet should have the cleat pushed back towards the heel
Shorter feet should have the cleat pushed forward towards the toes
Handlebars
Place your elbow at the end of your seat and determine if your middle fingure is 1 inch from the stem.
This measurement does not take into consideration longwasited and shortwaisted body types but it is a
great beginning
