Project Abstract:
In University of Agriculture, conference room are managing manually.
In case of manual system there are some issues occurs like conference room reserved at
same time, no record found and not identify who reserved the conference room. They
need a lot of time, mans power and stationary required. Here almost all work is
computerized so the accuracy is maintained. Maintain backup is so easy. It can do in within
few minutes. Our system has three types of accessing modules Administrator, Department,
Staff and Students. It is the job of the administrator and department staff to insert, update
and monitor whole process. It can handle all details about staff and students.

Component 2: Registration
Component 3: Users request
Component 4: Room Booking
Component 5: Profiles( Admin, Teachers, Students)
