Commercial Terms for Gantry CNC Machines

Price :Ex-Works, Mumbai.

Excise Duty :Presently Nil, if applicable extra.

Sales Tax 12.5% Vat extra in Maharashtra.

2% extra against form 'C' outside Maharashtra.

Octroi :Extra as applicable.

Packing & Forwarding :2.5% Extra.

Insurance :On your account on request.

Transportation :Extra at actual to be borne by you.

Payment :1. 50% Advance along with order and

balance 40% against Performa Invoice before dispatch by DD
payable at Mumbai , remaining against commissioning .

:2. DD to be made in favour of M/s " SEC Machines"

payable at Mumbai.

Delivery : within 16 weeks from the date of your advance payment.

Installation Charges All installation & Commissioning outside Bombay will

be borne by customer , this includes Airfare to & fro for 2
Engineers, boarding & lodging charges for a period of
1 week. In addition an out of pocket allowance of
as decided per engineer has to be given at the time of Installation.

Supply of Plate Table The supply of the work rest/plate keeping table
is not in SEC's scope. We will provide you with the drawings.

Civil Foundation & The Customer will have to do all the civil work. Necessary electrification
Electrification will have to be carried out by the customer close to the
machine, for providing input supply with adequate rating and safety.

Infrastructural Facilities The customer will provide handling facilities including

labour for lifting during installation and any help required
at the time of installation by the service engineer.
Steel Plates for Cutting , Oxygen , Fuel gases , Compressor and Plasma Power
Source will have to be kept ready for commissioning.

Guarantee We guarantee that the machine supplied by us is

manufactured in accordance with the highest standards
as design, quality of materils and efficient workmanship.
We shall arrange at our option to rectify by repair or
replacement any defect in or failure to any part of the
machine arising solely from the faulty design, material
or workmanship, which under proper use appear and
are notified to us within 15 months from the date of
despatch or 12 months from the date of installation,
which ever is earlier. The company shall not be liable
for special, indirect or consequential damages of any
kind under the contract. The guarantee will not cover for
rubber items and consumables, which are subjected to natural aging like
hoses , glinds, fuses etc.,and consumabale like nozzles.

Force Majeure Clause The delivery period quoted is done in good faith.
In event of unforeseen circumstances such as war,
hostilities, acts of public enemy, civil commotion,
sabotage, fires, floods, explosions, epidemics,
quarantine restrictions, strikes, lockouts or acts of God,
Force Majeure Clause shall apply.

Validity These are current prices, and are subject to change

without notice.
