Letter of undertaking

We tenants of No 40,Coates Street,Ebute Metta,Oyingbo Lagos acting in our

capacity and also as a duly authorized representative of the above address hereby
undertake and fulfill all requirement being specified by Landlord/tenants of No
42,Coates Street,Ebute Metta Oyingbo Lagos as follows ;

I. That we are neighbor and we must tolerate and be good to each other
II. That after solved the challenges being encounterd and the worked has
been done by house No 40 which face house No 42
III. That what so happen or damages or faulty again and needs to be repair
must be done within 24hrs
IV. That if not done by house No 40 , house No 42 have right to do anything in
their capability
