If application is successful, first 2 weeks rent must be paid in full by either CASH or BANK CHEQUE before occupancy is
granted. (NO EFTPOS OR CREDIT CARD FACILITIES AVAILABLE) A Security Bond (equivalent to 4 weeks rent) is
to be paid at Service Tas with the receipt to be returned to Elders Brown & Banks.
After initial payments are made, rent can be paid by cash in our office or via Bank transfer.
