SING IN THE SHOWER

My daughter usually sings in the shower but as she hears footsteps, she only sings just a
few measures and then stop.

Out of curiosity, I asked my daughter why and she answered, It seems a little ridiculous
to sing in the shower because what if someone heard me? Besides, I really cant carry a decent
tune because I dont know all the words.

I was shocked with her answer because suddenly, that inward impulse that prompted
her to begin the day singing is crushed and allowed herself to be shortchanged.

and influences to control our actions and mold our thinking. Too often we limit our
happiness by submitting to the constant pressures all around us. Its vitally important to realize
that either the situations around us control our lives, or we control them.

I wrote this story because I want to let the readers know the secret of people who smile
and spread love while others are bitter and critical by reading between the lines. To help them
also learn to control their situation and remind them that they can create their own
environment. Lastly, to let them realize that while conditions are not favorable, they must
sing in the shower anyway.
