Dumplings
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking wine
1/3 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation
1. Mix flour, salt, and water in a large bowl.
2. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes
3. Place the dough on a flat surface
4. Make each circular wrapper
5. Store or use the wrappers immediately
6. Shred the cabbage and put into a
stainless pot
7. Mix the cabbage and minced meat
together by hand
8. Add the remaining filling ingredients to
the bowl and mix again
9. Massage the cabbage mixture with your
hand for 10 minutes
10. Scoop the filling onto each wrapper
Ingredients 11. Fold the sides of the wrapper together
4 cups all-purpose flour 12. Place the wrapped dumplings on a
2 cups water floured surface

1/3 teaspoon salt 13. Put the dumplings in boiling water

1.5 cups ground pork 14. Transfer the dumplings carefully from
the pot to a plate
1/2 cup chopped shrimp
15. Serve with vinegar or other sauces
