penyediaan dan penyerahan tugasan anda. Tugasan anda hendaklah ditaip dengan
menggunakan saiz fon 12 Times New Roman dan langkau baris 1.5. / Download the language
version of the assignment template concerned from the myINSPIRE for preparation and
submission of your assignment. Your assignment should be typed using 12 point Times New
Roman font and 1.5 line spacing.

5. Tugasan anda hendaklah antara 2500 hingga 3000 patah perkataan tidak termasuk rujukan.

ASSIGNMENT QUESTION

This assignment is focused on the following aspects of power and politics in organisations as
discussed in Topic 9 of your module:

a. Five sources of power


b. Interest groups and coalitions, and
c. Political tactics.

This assignment consists of TWO tasks.

Task 1: Students need to do further reading on all the above THREE topics and present a
suitable write-up for each topic.

Task II: Students are required to gather data on the manifestations of the following in the
day-to-day school setting:
a. The exercise of influence by the school principal by employing any THREE of the five
sources of power.
b. The presence of interest groups and coalitions among teachers and how these
groupings seek to influence school administration.

Refer to the guidelines provided in the rubrics given below on the expected assignment
content and also the basis for which marks are to be awarded for the report. Students are
reminded not to divulge the identity of sites and respondents involved in the study.

SOALAN TUGASAN

Tugasan ini adalah berfokus kepada aspek berikut tentang kuasa dan politik dalam organisasi
seperti yang dibincangkan dalam Topik 9 modul anda:
a. Lima sumber kuasa
b. Kumpulan berkepentingan dan kumpulan gabungan, dan
c. Taktik politik.

Tugasan ini mengandungi DUA aktiviti.

Aktiviti 1 : Pelajar perlu membuat bacaan/rujukan tambahan tentang ke TIGA-TIGA topik di


atas dan sediakan laporan yang sesuai bagi setiap satunya.

Aktiviti II: Pelajar dikehendaki mengumpul data mengenai manifestasi perkara-perkara


berikut dalam persekitaran harian persekolahan:

a. Pelaksanaan pengaruh oleh pengetua sekolah dengan menggunakan mana-mana


TIGA daripada lima sumber kuasa.
b. Kewujudan kumpulan berkepentingan dan pakatan dalam kalangan guru dan
bagaimana gabungan ini berusaha mempengaruhi pentadbiran sekolah.

kandungan tugasan yang diperlukan dan juga tentang kaedah pemberian markah laporan
