Ingredients for preparing AJI from HEN
3 Tender big hens.
Kg of yellow pepper.
1 Cup grated Parmesan cheese.
1 Bottle of fine oil.
1 Cup of evaporated milk.
1 bread.
1 Large onion.
Oregano.
Potatoes.
Eggs.
Broth.
How to prepare AJI from chicken
We cook the chickens and crumble them. Soaked in milk
the bread without crust, the pepper we put it to soak the
day before, and the next day we take out the pepas and
liquefy.

We chop the onion. Put in a pot and a half of oil and fry
the onion; When the oil is very hot we add the salt,
oregano, pepper and ground cumin, the chilli little by
little, trying not to be very spicy. When the saut is ready,
we add the bread soaked in milk and cast, we unite
everything well and we add the chicken already crumbled,
the grated cheese, broth and the rest of the oil.
