I am a person who always has a smile on my face. I don't like to be sad or be dull at any
given point of time. Whenever I come across any difficulties in my life I get depressed
for a few minutes as I am a human being and I too have emotions. But again, I will tell
one thing to myself life is short you can't waste time by being sad just cheer up. You
are the one who needs to face the challenge whatever it is you have to overcome this
situation. Be brave and accept the challenge with a smile and then you will feel it was
such a small hurdle.

Very glad to inform you that, I had completed my one year with Adroit Family, and total 3 years of
Consulting Experience.

But due to official work, I have to, shift to Mumbai at client place that is ( JSW )

As, there are many fixed expenses in line with me such nullification of Educational loan, planning of
flat purchase and marriage etc.

Further, to inform you that I am bearing expenses ( such as rent, mess and net) etc. of Pune room /
house without staying, as per the agreement.

It is not possible to fulfill the above mentioned expenses, with current package.

So, I request you to revise my Designation and Salary as per industry standard as soon as
possible.

Dear Sir,

I would like to express my delight of being part of the Adroit team. I am

grateful for the opportunity to work here and I really do enjoy it. To return the
favour, I have always given the best of my abilities in this position.

As you are aware, one year has passed since my joining. I was expecting a
salary revision as per the industry standards. I believe my performance has
been on par with the demands of my position.
I would like to kindly ask you to consider my request due to increase in cost of
living & other expenses.
