OBJECTIVES
To know Consumer Behaviour towards Kotak Mahindra Bank.

To observe of CASA Products of Kotak Mahindra Bank, and a fulfilment level of


customers.

To do the S.W.O.T Analysis.

To study the various aspects of products in the Kotak Mahindra Bank, paschim vihar
branch.

To study the various types of products used in the basic functioning of various
practices in the bank.

To study the growth and importance of products in the banking sector.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The research methodology used is Secondary Data.

I had collected all this data by attending a 1.5 months internship at Kotak Mahindra
bank, paschim vihar.

This data helped me a lot in analysing the current status of bank and how can this get
increased.

LIMITATIONS
It was a little time consuming process as it involved a full day involvement with the
organisation.

It was a little costly process as it involved travelling charges.

The project covers the performance of Kotak Mahindra Bank in Paschim Vihar
Branch only.

Involvement of huge cost.
