This is then followed by a debriefing meeting with the tutors and supervising teacher until 4.30pm. Using the library enables the students, tutors and teachers to access the computers, reference books and textbooks needed for their homework tasks. It also allows for the tutoring groups to be well spread out, minimising distraction and enabling the students to focus on their work. ‘Summary Comments Anuradha Anand has been an excellent tutor, who has built a positive rapport with the students and supervising teacher. She has demonstrated patience, understanding and an ability to break down tasks in order to make them more accessible to students. Her confident and friendly manner has also made her very approachable to the students, who have felt very comfortable in asking for her help across a range of KLAs and all students have benefited greatly by her excellent knowledge of technology. Consequently these students have participated very enthusiastically in the RAS Program and have demonstrated improvement in attitude, performance and increased confidence in their schoolwork both in the classroom and at home.
