PLAN OF ACTION ZEQUANOX-SPAIN.
Introduction.
Following the path marked in our action plan (July 16, 2016),
for the implementation of Zequanox in Spain, this summary
shows us step by step the process we have carried out in the
preparatory phase for the distribution of the product.

Technoymar Soluciones has deployed a device capable of

achieving the objectives, in a potential market that offers
unbeatable development conditions.

With this purpose we have carried out several studies on the

impact of colonization of the zebra mussel as well as an
unpublished map of the current presence of D.p. In the
different hydrological systems of the country. We are also
designing models of structures for the application of the
product in collaboration with technological institutes.

This information allows us to have a real knowledge of the

real conditions and potential of the market.

The zebra mussel today affects a very high percentage of

energy, supply and irrigation systems which we consider
affects 20% of the existing infrastructures.

The increase in this figure will be altered to values over 40% in

the coming years, since there is at present a method capable
of controlling the spread of the pest.

Given this predictable scenario, we are making agreements

with affected public and private organizations, in order to
establish strategic alliances that allow us to establish
ourselves as indisputable leaders in the market, once the legal
requirements have been overcome in order to carry out this
action.

We continue to work according to the plan drawn up in the

security of that soon, Zequanox will be available in the
Spanish market.

PRESENTATION OF ZEQUANOX IN MADRID

1 JUNE .- Call with technicians and specialists involved in the fight against the
zebra mussel were invited to participate in an informational meeting on the
progress of Zequanox and its effectiveness.

As a result of this meeting were sent questionnaires to know the level of

satisfaction and willingness to use the Zequanox as a measure for the control
of the pest. The level of favorable responses was 90%.

A total of 6,000 bulletins were sent to those responsible for the water sector in
Spain, both public and private.

ACTION PLAN

According to the Davis meeting, a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10

systems were selected for small biobox testing and large-scale hydroelectric
and irrigation projects.

Finally, we decided to do three biobox tests on irrigation (2) and energy (1)
infrastructures. The entities selected to carry out this experience (Iberdrola,
Seiasa and Riegos del Alto Aragn) represent a very outstanding percentage of
the sector in their respective fields of activity.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE

On July 19 Ms. Carolyn Link, director of the company Marrone Bio Innovation, accompanied
by Doa Maria Jesus Fernandez Villamil of TSGE Iberia and Mr. Jose Luis Soler Martinez CEO
of Technoymar Soluciones, SL, presented in the Ministry of Health, Social Services And
Equality, the product Zequanox, for the control of Dreissena polymorpha, thus initiating the
administrative and legal procedures so that the product can be marketed in Spain.

IRRIGATORS OF PALOS DE LA FRONTERA
8 JUNE. Visit to the C.R. Palos de la Frontera, an important irrigation community in
southern Spain, whose representative attended the meeting in Madrid. After the meeting
with the director general of this organization, the Palos de la Frontera Irrigation
Community consists of an irrigation perimeter of 3,343 hectares, belonging to more than
350 members, distributed in three irrigation sectors, with 89% of its Area for strawberry
cultivation.

EBRO HYDROGRAPHIC CONFEDERATION

18 JULY.- Meeting with the highest officials of the Ebro Hydrographic Confederation to
present the conclusions obtained at the June meeting in Madrid. Several points were
agreed from this meeting. It emphasizes the selection of Sector VIII to realize a
preliminary test with Zequanox. Subsequently, the Zequanox application costs will be
assessed in this important Irrigation system in Spain.

JUCAR HYDROGRAPHIC CONFEDERATION

27 JULY.- Zequanox was presented to the Director of Quality and Water of the CHJ
Attended Concha Durn responsible for many years of the fight with the DP, in the
Hydrographic Confederation of the Ebro. The bases were established to carry out
enforcement actions Of Zequanox, once the product is available in the market.

REPRESENTATIVE OF THE REGION OF MURCIA AT THE CONGRESS

16 OCTOBER.- Visit to the representative of the Region of Murcia in the Congress of
Deputies. The possibility of locating in that region a Control Observatory D.p. And a
distribution center of Zequanox for the region of Levante. His position is highly
supportive of this initiative. With this support, there is an important margin of possibility
of establishing our product in the Levante region.

Visit to SEIASA, the most important irrigation
infrastructure company in Spain. Cooperation
agreement to implement Zequanox in the
irrigation systems that this company
manages. (60% of the irrigation
infrastructures have been made by this state-
owned company).

THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM OF JUCAR-TURIA

As a result of the cooperation agreement with
SEIASA, on October 14, the technical visit to
the facilities of the sector I-Tollos of the
irrigation system of Jucar-Turia was carried
out.

DIRECTOR ECOWATER TECHNOLOGIES MURCIA

TECHNOYMAR SOLUCIONES, has
appointed Fernando Cler Ingeniero de
Caminos Expert in Internationalization and
Corporate Restructuring in charge of the
Ecowater Technologies Network in the
Region of Murcia-Levante. This appointment
reinforces the structure of our team to carry
out the implementation of Zequanox in
Spain.

POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF VALENCIA

Visit to the UPV, to negotiate a technical
cooperation agreement. Francisco Espins,
researcher of the Aquaculture and
Environment Group (ACUMA) of the
Universitat Politcnica de Valncia and
director of the Network of Innovation in
Aquaculture Industries of the Region of
Valencia (RIIA-CV), was our interlocutor. His
willingness to collaborate with the Zequanox
project is very favorable.

RAFAEL MOLINA. Member of the Technical Council of the Ecowater Technologies
Rafael Molina Sanchez, Civil Engineer,
PhD., MSc. Maritime engineering. Specialist
in Port Management. Assoc. Professor
(UPM), has joined as a member of the
Technical Council of Technoymar
Soluciones. Our company strengthens its
management team in the area of research
and development to unequivocally
consolidate the leadership of the Ecowater
Technologies Network in the market.

ARABUZ COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Technoymar Soluciones signed a
cooperation agreement with the scientific
diving company Arabuz to develop the
mapping of the aquatic resources where the
colonies of the zebra mussel are found. This
agreement will allow us to carry out technical
and application actions of Zequanox in areas
affected by the massive colonization of
Dreissena polymorpha.

The data obtained will serve to prepare a

technical study on the areas affected by the
invasion.

VOZ DEL MAR INTERNATIONAL AWARDS

The third edition of the International Voz del
Mar Awards that Technoymar Soluciones
created through its Biamar Foundation will
take place next February in Las Palmas de
Gran Canaria. In this edition have been
awarded important figures and organizations
dedicated to science, sport, the humanities,
humanitarian aid and trade.
