    Greetings!

    We, 3rd year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy students of La Salle University, would like to conduct
    an understanding of your entity and its environment, including your internal control system. This is for
    our midterm requirement on the application of what we have learned in our major subject Assurance
    Principles, Professional Ethics and Good Governance.

    The engagement will be limited to inquiring some information from you and your personnel and
    observing your facilities.

    In view of this, we need your help to realize our objectives. We would like to request for your
    participation by permitting us to perform our engagement in your entity. Rest assured, all information
    acquired herein will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will be provided to you through a written
    report.
