Term & Condition

1. Booking is based on first-come-first-serve basis. Kindly, contact us to check on the date of availability before
proceed to the next process.
2. RM5 per adult entrance fee.
3. At least 20 pax with every 10 pax free 1 teacher entrance.
4. Meal sets are excluded in all packages and including a meal set will be a RM 5.00 charge.
5. Deposit payment must be paid a week before the group booking date and balance must be paid on the actual
day.
6. Please resend this form together with deposit payment slip, name list to confirm the activity and meal.
7. After booking form been receive by KidLand management, any changes will not be entertained.
8. Arrangement of group booking will be arranged by KidLand management according to the actual day situation.
9. There are no refundablewhen group booking is cancelled.
10. KidLand start its operation at 11 am to 7 pm on weekday and 11 am to 9pm on weekend (Friday, Saturday and
Sunday), School Holiday and Public Holiday.
11. All visitors entering KidLand must have a valid entrance wristband.
12. Children are not allowed to leave KidLand without being accompanied by a guardian/ teachers.
13. No outside food and beverages are allowed in KidLand.
14. Visitors shall be responsible to compensate for any damage caused within the KidLand facility.
15. Teachers are not allowed to queue on behalf of their students except the child is physically restricted.
16. Access for adults to certain departments shall be followed accordingly except for physically restricted children.
17. We shall not be responsible for any loss, property damage and injury within the premises of KidLand.
