Master Scholarships
IDEX Universit Grenoble Alpes

Presentation of the call:

The Initiative dexcellence (IDEX in short) Universit Grenoble Alpes is welcoming applications for the Master
Scholarship program. Applications to this program are open to foreign students (i.e. students currently enrolled in
a University outside France) who apply to one of the Masters offered by the following higher education and
research institutions: Ecole Nationale Suprieure dArchitecture de Grenoble (ENSAG), Grenoble INP, Sciences
Po Grenoble, Universit Grenoble Alpes (UGA).

Applicants can either apply to the first year of a Master (and thus are eligible for one or two years of funding) or
for the second year of a Master (and thus are eligible for one year of funding). The amount of the scholarship is
8000 euros per academic year. If one of the two semesters of a given year is dedicated to a funded internship,
the amount of the scholarship for that year is reduced to 5000 euros.

The selection of the candidates will mainly take into account their academic record and their material situation.

Applications for the Master Scholarship must be submitted online through the following platform: https://projects-

In parallel to the Scholarship application, candidates must apply to one (or several) of the Masters offered by the
above-mentioned higher education and research institutions. The list of eligible Masters is provided on the
submission platform: http://projects-call.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr.

There are three different deadlines to apply for a Master scholarship: April 21st, June 9th, and June 30th, 2017.
Students must choose a deadline that precedes the deadline of the Master(s) to which they apply. Indeed, both
applications -- for admission in the chosen Master(s) and for the scholarship -- will be reviewed together.

Curriculum Vitae.
Official list of courses and grades of the last two academic years.
Letter of motivation.

Calendar:

Call for applications: February 7th, 2017.

Submission deadlines: April 21st, June 9th and June 30th, 2017 (according to the application deadlines
for the chosen Masters).
Notification of the results: shortly after the Master application results.

Note: Applications can be made in French or in English.
