2. Overview
Scenario
o An Inspection Program is going to be prepared. Measuring Points are created and assigned to Inspection
Route. Then a plan for that program is created and released, so Notification and Work Order are created.
Inspectors then carry out the work to perform the activity. Inspection scope is derived from Work Order
and is extracted to Inspection Workbook. The Inspection readings are performed with data logger,
interfacing with Inspection Workbook to validate the results and generate upload files for SAP. Once
validated, readings are uploaded as Measurement Documents. The work then is considered to be
completed.

Scope
o This Integration test will scope the following subject of Template V3
o V3PM004 Inspection Workbook V5
Inspection Workbook V5 is introduced to facilitate
o Entry, analyze and validate findings (including generate and import file for
data logger),
o prepare template file for Measuring Points creation
o V3PM009 Work Order WBS/CC determination
For the Work Order with Inspection activity types, the proper WBS will be advised
upon creation to clearly distinguish between Inspection and Maintenance cost.
o V3PM014 Inspection Points Post Go Live creation & upload
In conjunction with Inspection Workbook V5, new transaction is created in SAP,
YIK04, to facilitate mass-creation of Measuring Points, including its
o V3PM016 Avoid WO closure when Inspection Results not entered
Based on the Inspection Scope given in the Work Order (Route), supposed the
Work Order is prevented to be close if the readings is not completed.
o V3PM017 Prevent Users from modifying Inspection Points Measuring Position once created
Once Measuring Point is created for Inspection Point, the Measuring Position
supposed to be prevented from any changes as this value is critical to code the
position where the Inspection reading has to be taken.
o V3PM018 Preventive Maintenance Release & Costing (= V3PM001)
Approval of Work Order shall be limited to user-id that authorized to release Work
Order in certain amount of Estimated Cost in specific WBS
Estimated cost specified for each cost type (plan cost x ratio plan cost to
estimated cost). Ration of plan cost to estimated cost shall be 0, and defined by
Affiliate for each cost type (labor, material & service)
After release, additional resources can be added in the Work Order as long as
not exceeding estimated cost of each cost type.
o V3PM029 Cost Object Modification in WO
After Work Order released, modification of WBS is prevented when remaining
WBS in Account Assignment different to WBS in Settlement Rule
o V3PM033 Make Functional Location mandatory in Notification at creation
o V3PM038 Prevent Users from modifying Inspection results (comments + attached doc)
Once Measurement Document is created for Inspection result, comments and
attachment document supposed to be prevented from any changes as like the
reading value
o V3PM039 Basic WO Dates is mandatory
