Dear Sir,

This has reference to the trailing mail regarding construction of civil foundation for trestle no-27 of pipe rack in A-Zone . Please
note that since the trestle no- 27 will be infringing with the up-coming under construction rail for the movement of the
transformer, the civil foundation is required to be shifted by 900 to 1000 mm towards H-30 column of BOF/CCP shop. This is
necessary to avoid the infringement of transformer with the trestle during the installation/ maintenance of transformer.

Further, please note that in view of above the pipe rack structures between column H-26 (of BOF shop) & trestle no-27( of
Zone-A) and trestle no-27 to column no H-28 will be required to be modified suitably.

This is for necessary action at your end.

Dear Sir,

Construction work of civil foundation of trestle at H-27 (Zone A) as indicated in the drawing, as attached, was
stopped by Projects-SMS-III as it was infringing with the proposed transformer entry rail path.

In view of the above, kindly suggest suitable solution considering that the fabrication of the mentioned trestle
along with associated gallery has already been received at site.
