WebAccess is handled internally. I can change your password for you as long as the new
password meets the following criteria:
If you have a password in mind that meets the aforementioned criteria please email it to me and
I will make the change to your account.

Hi CLIENT,
Thanks again for writing in! Your password has been updated in our system and you should
now be able to login. Please note that both are case sensitive. Please let me know if there’s
anything else I can do to help.

Good Morning ACCOUNT MANAGER,
We have created an account called Demomaker for the Commercial team. This account, as the
name suggests, will allow you to create demos for MMD prospects. You can also create user
lists and usage reports for existing MMD clients like Allianz.
This account also allows you to ascertain what level of access active clients have. I have
attached the user doc for the demomaker account which provides the URL and the login
credentials (also below for quick reference).
If you are ever out of the office or away from your PC you can ask our MMD product specialists:

CRITERIA FOR DELETING INDIVIDUAL USER IN MMD CMP:
You may delete a client’s account if the client has left the firm (or no longer requires access)
and the account is not the only existing account for the firm. Prior to deleting any account please
search the CMP for the accounts listed under the “company name”.
If there are multiple accounts then you can delete the account as per the request. If the account
to be deleted is the only account then you MUST NOT DELETE. Instead change the ID to
include the following: NOTUSED.
EXAMPLE:
joe.sherrill@spglobal.com would be changed to: joe.sherrillNOTUSED@spglobal.com. This
provides the fulfillment team with a “template” when they are asked to set up any new users for
this firm.
