Signs:
Reflex Lacrimation
Posterior lid margin is seen Punctum
Corneal Aection Photophobia + can be seen.
Blepharospasm

Degree of ectropion:

Signs:
Mild Puntum seen.

Posterior lid margin cannot be seen.


Moderate Palpebral Conjunctiva seen.

Lashes may rub on Cornea + Severe Lower Fornix seen.

Conjunctiva.

Signs of etiology.

Complications Corneal Complications:


Epiphora Eczema Dermatitis
Corneal ulcers + Opacities
Cicatricial Ectropion more Epiphora.

Superficial Vascularization.

Complications of Exposure:
Conjunctival Complications: Conjunctival Ulceration and/or
Conjunctival Ulceration and/or Keratinization.

Keratinization. Corneal Ulceration Ulcer w/


Lagophthalmos in lower of Cornea
with Straight upper edge.
