Subject Application for refund of paid Repeat examination fee.

Respected Sir,

With due respect, it is stated that undersigned student failed in his End Semester exam of
Psychology subject and subsequently applied for the Re-evaluation of answer script and Repeat
Exam on August 08, 2017 (Tuesday) which was the last day for submission of application of the
both . The fee of their application was INR 500/- separately which undersigned duly submitted
in the office of accounts.

Undersigned passed in the result of Re-evaluation of answer script and the purpose of
application of Repeat Exam got vitiated. I do believe that the administration will definitely take
notice of the fact and take immediate steps in furtherance of the same.

Undersigned want to request the authorities to act in a fair and just manner and provide refund
of INR 500 submitted for the application of Repeat Examination same as soon as possible. I
shall be obliged if you consider my request.
