How children learn

Many children are getting an education at school, in

the school, there is class from KG1 to grad12. I will talk
about how children learn by connecting one of the
theories.
Firstly, Piaget was born in Switzerland in August
1896, and he has four stages. The first stage is
sensorimotor (0-2 years old). In this stage, the child
begins to interact with the environment. Such as
touching toys and other items. The second stage is
preoperational (2-7 years old). In this stage, the children
begin to represent the world symbolically. For example,
children can recognize Shapes and symbols. The third
stage is concrete operational (7-11 years old). In this
stage, the children learn rules such as conservation. For
example, children can perform operations on objects
that present or easy to imagine. The final stage is formal
operational (11-adulthood). In this stage, the adolescent
can transcend the concert situation and think about the
future. Also, the child can perform operations on abstract
concepts and perform hypothetical thinking.
Constructivism is a theory that based on
observation and scientific study, also about how people
learn. It says that people construct their understanding
and knowledge of the world, through experiencing things
and reflecting on those experiences.
In conclusion, every child has different of
understanding, and the connecting between Piaget and
constructivism is that Piaget is one of the constructivism
theories, and he is the first theory.
