Dear Mr. Griffin,

I want to start off by saying that I am sorry for the issue that ultimately warranted the complaint
on October 5th, 2017. The complaint itself as well as all situational details will be brought to
headquarters for further evaluation.

I would like to review the situational details I have received from you as well as from my
manager, Mr. Quagmire, on October 5th, 2017. The specific detail I would like to address is that
of the language used during the argument in question. It has come to my attention that although
your complaint was that Mr. Quagmire was being disrespectful, it is understood that you had
used language that can be perceived as racial slurs. Although our employee respectfully assured
you that the tour itself would not be within a close vicinity to the event in question you requested
to speak to me as well as requesting a sincere and profuse apology from the manager. Upon
review of the situation it is my belief that the manager, Mr. Quagmire, handled the situation with
the utmost respect.

According to employment discrimination laws in California, a company with 15 or more

employees are protected from any discrimination against them due to their race. Although we
value our customers greatly we also take great pride in the training we provide our employees
with when it comes to handling situations like this.

It is my hope that this negative experience will not prevent you from using our service in the
future. If you prefer to receive further updates regarding the status of the complaint and our
employees as the situation makes its way through corporate, my email is attached below.
Very Respectfully,
Tyler Opilka
