Presented by Charles Bailey and Ida Bethe = Identified the ttle of the solicitation for which the pre-bid mesting was being held = Groeted the attendees and introduced staff present. = Summarized the IFB section by section identifying key points of te solicitation. ‘The Department intends to make only one award as a result of ths solicitation. ‘The Contract avvard will be a one year term with no renewal options. The Contract is scheduled to begin on April 1, 2012. In the event it does not begin on this date, it shall be effective from the date in the Notice to Proceed which shall be issued once the purchase order is approved. The purchase order ‘will reference the specifications for this solicitation and the associated bid documents, and there will be no separate Cantract fr the Successful Bidder to sign after the Award has been made. Any modifications or revisions to the IFBs prior to the due date shall be provided to Bidders who received a copy ofthe IFBs. It shall be posted on eMaryland Marketplace as an amendment. All [Bidders shall signa ccpy of the amendment and retum it with their Bids. Modifications after the bid due date shal be ia writing to the eligible Bidders that submitted Bids. Each Bidder shall acknowledge receipt cf amendments by returning a signed copy of each amendment as directed by the Procurement Officer. ‘The deadline for the Bid submission is March 6, 2012 by 3:30 p.m. The Bidders shall submit their Bids as directed in the IFBs, The cover letter ofthe solicitation explains that Bids may be submitted by mail, courier, hand delivery, fax and email in PDF format to the Procurement (Officer at DJS Headquarters, Bids cannot be submitted through eMaryland Marketplace, and will not be accepted atthe service location. ‘The Contract will be awarded to the Bidder who submits the most advantageous bid for providing services as specified in the IFB. Evaluations will be based on the Bidders
